[Atad Co., Ltd.] Consent to Provision of Marketing Utilization Information

Article 1 (Purpose)

(hereinafter referred to as the 'Company') related to ATAD Co., Ltd. provide members with more diverse information and improve the quality of services. To its affiliates, in compliance with the 「Personal Information Protection Act」, 「Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection」, and 「Act on Use and Protection of Credit Information」, members’ personal (credit) information is disclosed to third parties. It can be provided for business purposes such as product introduction and promotion.

Article 2 (Collection and Utilization Related Information)

The business partners to which personal information is provided, the provided information, and the purpose of use of the provided information are as follows. Among the members, only the information of members who have agreed to the third-party marketing utilization agreement of this personal information is provided, and the provided information is not used beyond the specified purpose of use, and more thorough security is ensured to prevent accidents such as leakage of personal information. Article 3 (Withdrawal of Consent to Provision of Information to Third Parties)

A new member who has agreed to this agreement and wants to withdraw the provision of information to a third party may request to view, correct, or delete any personal information that has already been provided to a third party. Requests for viewing, correction, deletion, and withdrawal of consent to provide information can be requested after identity verification through the Newfloy Customer Center (1600-8424). In order to leave evidence of the request, the call history may be recorded, and the member is deemed to have agreed to this. It takes up to 10 days to withdraw member information already provided. Even if you request the withdrawal of the use consent, we inform you that it can be used for marketing until the withdrawal is applied for the reasons above. The company will do its best to process it quickly in order to protect your valuable information.

(Effective Date) These terms and conditions will be effective from January 10, 2023.
